FAQ

AM I FIT ENOUGH TO ATTEND A CLASS?

Yes! There is no minimum fitness requirement to attend our training sessions.

The classes are tailored to the level of those attending and modifications will be given to make the exercises easier/harder so all fitness levels can get a good workout. Unless specified in the event description, the sessions will not include long/steady-state runs but may include short/interval runs. The running sessions are split into segments, so you do not need to be concerned about getting left behind.

HOW MUCH ARE THE CLASSES?

When you join, you have 2 weeks of free training from that date to see if you like us.

After that, to be a part of the Facebook group, a 300kr annual (Sept – Aug) membership fee applies – sorry but it’s priced so low that we do not offer part-year or monthly memberships. Individual sessions are 100kr each.


We are a volunteer-ran club so all of your donations go towards re-homing abandoned and recused dogs thanks to "Hundar utan hem" (dogs without home) charity.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND, PARTNER, DOG…?

Yes! The more the merrier, as long as they come at their own will...

SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL I AM FIT ENOUGH TO START?

If only we had a Krona every time we heard this! :-P The way to become ‘fit enough’ at anything is to do the activity, it is that simple. Just jump in, sign up for the next session and never look back.

IS THERE A SOCIAL ASPECT TO THE CLUB?

In addition to the social side of training together, we sometimes go for post-training fika, dips in the water, travel to races or events together etc.

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN COMPETING IN RACES, IS IT STILL OK TO COME ALONG TO TRAINING?

Sure! OCR training is a great way to stay fit as it involves so many different aspects of movement. If we are helping you to become or stay active, we are happy.
